Founded in 1997, with registered capital of USD 4.6 million, fixed assets of USD 9.7 million and circulating funds of USD 7.3 million, Jiangsu Huacheng Industry Pipe Making Corporation is a private enterprise specializing in manufacturing Steel Tubes & Pipes. Huacheng encompasses an area of 250,000 square meters, with 200,000 square meters of work space. Owning 9 subsidiaries responsible for different products, employs staff of 1,200, including 320 technology administrators and 56 senior expertises.

Products
Huacheng's tubes are characterized by its numerous types, complete specifications and high quality. With the strength of Carbon Steel Tube, Alloy Steel Tube and Welded Steel Tube, Huacheng produces all kinds of Steel Tubes, altogether adding up to dozens of categories and over 3000 types, which can be produced in accordance with internationally advanced national standard(such as ASTM, DIN, EN, JIS, GB etc), industry standard and enterprise standard, or according to technical performance higher than that of standard definition that is signed by a special technical agreement to meet the custormer's need, applied in fields of boiler, power plant, heat-exchanger, ship building, birdge construction, project, hydraulic cylinder / crans, automotives, oil pipelines, liquid use, bearings, engineering machines, aviation aircraft etc.
The annual production capacity reaches 200, 000 Mt, among which 60, 000 tons cold-drawn seamless steel tubes, 10, 000 tons precision steel tubes, 30, 000 tons cold-drawn precision welded tubes, 30, 000 tons cold-drawn special shape steel tubes and 30, 000 tons high quality alloy boiler tubes. Advantage: while owning the advanced production line, we are equipped with the world-class LOI Atmosphere Controlled Normalizing & Tempering Furnace and Atmosphere Controlled Bright Normalizing Furnace, so both the internality and the surface of our products are guaranteed.
Export & Customers
In 2001, we began exporting steel tubes to our key markets in America and Asia. Presently, we annually produce over 90,000 tons of seamless steel tubes, a turnover of USD 24.2 million, 40% of which is from foreign markets.Due to our quality assurance, competitive prices, and timely delivery, we have developed a large base of repeat customers.
